As a Seattle WA Newborn Photographer, I have photographed hundreds of babies over the years. After each newborn session I always feel grateful that I get to do what I do for a living. I never thought that a hobby would become my dream job, but God knew that it was for me and put the desire in my heart! I’m coming up on 3 years now as a full time newborn baby photographer and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else.
I always do a complete workflow in all of my newborn sessions. I attempt every pose and if baby isn’t completely comfortable with it, then I move on to the next. Its important that I go with the flow of the baby so that they are comfortable the entire time. I don’t like to push anything, as they are essentially “the boss” during the session.
One of the things you’ll notice with my work is that I’m very monochromatic. I prefer setups to match and I think it makes for a very beautiful look. This little lady had the prettiest skin and the blush pink matched her perfectly. The pink knit wrap is one of my favorites! She had the sweetest features and was a dream sleeper. I loved every single thing about her photos.
